Quality Control
Focusing on quality, RB Guitar & Harp has successfully produced over 400 guitars and 20 harps, reflecting a strong market demand and an expanding reputation.
Manufacturing
Currently, RB specializes in the production of acoustic guitars, including both nylon and steel string variants, as well as custom guitars tailored to individual customer specifications. This approach demonstrates RB's adaptability and production capabilities.
In the manufacturing process, RB employs traditional techniques, utilizing simple tools and the expertise of three skilled artisans. The creation of a single guitar requires approximately three months, emphasizing precision and meticulous attention to detail. Locally sourced wood materials are chosen to uphold the quality and artistic integrity of each instrument.
Production Based on Materials:
* Plywood guitars represent the entry-level category.
* Laminate guitars, which consist of plywood covered with veneer, fall into the mid-range category.
* Solid top guitars, which are laminate constructions with a wooden front, are classified as high-end.
* All solid wood guitars, made entirely from wood, are designated for professional and collector markets..
